Tuition Payment

Tuition is payable on a biweekly cycle and is paid in advance. Payments should be made on the first day the child attends in that biweekly cycle.  If you have questions about your tuition, please come to the office in the main building where the tuition payments are recorded. Past due notices will be issued if a biweekly payment is missed and should be taken care of promptly.  When more than one child from the same family is enrolled, the older child will receive a 10% reduction in tuition. The Internal Revenue Service allows an income tax credit for child care.

Vacation Tuition Credit and Drop-in Times

Each child enrolled at Cradles to Crayons Child Center year round will be entitled to two weeks vacation time during the months of July and August. During the school year, there will be a credit for any days that Cradles to Crayons Child Center is not in session. Cradles to Crayons Child Center will be happy to accept any registered student for additional “drop-in” time as long as space and staffing coverage permit. “Not regularly scheduled” tuition rates will be charged and added to the next tuition payment.

Enrollment

Registration Fee/Deposit

The initial registration fee is $30.00 and is not refundable. Re-registration of a currently enrolled student will be $20.00. The registration process is considered complete when the registration fee and the deposit have been paid. The deposit is not refundable and is applied to the last two weeks a child is enrolled in a session. Only when registration has been completed will the student’s space be guaranteed.

Withdrawal

Two weeks’ notice is required for withdrawal. Parents are responsible for tuition payment for that two-week period whether or not the child attends classes. If Cradles to Crayons Child Center finds it necessary to request the withdrawal of a student for any reason, the parents will be given a two-week notice period.

Enrollment Procedure

  • Complete Registration Form for enrollment
  • Submit registration fee (non-refundable)
  • Obtain physician’s certification of required immunizations and physical examination performed within the year.
  • Complete all other supplied documents
